Prof. Xing Feng serves as the president of Jinan University and the deputy secretary of the schools CPC Party Committee. He is also an academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering and a doctoral supervisor, who is mainly engaged in the research of high-performance concrete, durable concrete structure, and resourceful utilization of building solid waste. He has presided over and completed more than 20 projects supported by the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars of China, major research programs, key international cooperation programs, and the National Key R&D Program of China. He has edited and co-edited 13 national, industrial and local standards, published 6 academic works and 700+ journal papers, and owned 147 granted invention patents. He also won 2 second prizes of the State Technology Invention Award, 3 first prizes of provincial and ministerial awards, and 2 second prizes of the National Teaching Achievement Award.
